Johanna Meyer is a Brazilian visual artist and ceramist based in the Southwest of France.
Her practice includes different types of techniques, experimentation and intuition, with self collected clays, rocks and recovered elements
that she transforms to produce symbolic objects and personal narratives. Inspired by the transitory aspects of matter and symbiotic relations of nature,
traces of a suspended time, between material and immaterial, visible and invisible.
With an empirical approach she is guided by the poetic relationship between objects and living beings.
